How does purchasing a property from your site work?
You can purchase properties from us two different ways, cash in full or owner financing. You can easily click the “Pay Now” button on the property page and pay cash via PayPal or other payment options, or you can click the “Buy Now” button to Owner Finance the property.
Are their any hidden fees when buying land from you?
We do not hide any fees or costs from you. All of our properties require a one time documentation fee of $199. If you decide to buy a property with Owner Financing then the listed down payment and the 1st monthly payment are due to start the purchase process and to reserve the property. All cash purchases require a 10% down payment to reserve the property.
Are you a real estate agent?
No, we are not real estate agents. We are land investors who simply buy and sell land. Agents charge crazy fees and add commissions and hidden costs to land sales and purchases . Our only interest is selling you the ideal lot for the best price. NO commissions and NO hidden fees. EVER!
When does the property get deeded to me?
If you purchased the property with cash, you will get the deed to the property electronically within 5 business days. We will then mail you the original notarized deed. If you purchase the property with Owner Financing, you will receive the deed within 30 days after the property is paid in full.
Can you help me look for a specific kind of property?
We are always purchasing property across the United States. If we don’t have exactly what you’re looking for, let us know and we will do our best to help you find it. Even if that means directing you to someone else who does.
Can I visit the property before I purchase it?
Absolutely! Just keep in mind that all of our properties are sold on a first come, first serve basis. If you would like to reserve the property, you can submit a down payment and documentation fee to reserve it.
